Mechanical Engineer

- Should excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change, risk-based decision-making and flexibility. This individual will lead 3D Printing design team.

• Strong Mechanical engineering skills with in-depth knowledge of product design, engineering materials and manufacturing processes (both plastic & metals)
• Project Management.
• Ensure plans and deliverables are compliant with appropriate design control procedures.
• Manage design team activities and interact with business teams to understand exact project requirement and deliverables.

Direct communication of project status, milestones and timelines to senior management. EXP required :

• A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a highly regulated industry is required. Experience in Medical Device industry is preferred.
• Product design and manufacturing experience.
• Project management & team management.
• Ability to lead and execute multiple programs
• Knowledge of Process Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma) tools and methodologies preferred

Experience with 3D Printing Technology will be preferred.
