Reporting to the Manager of Electrical Engineering, you will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to design electrical systems for industrial and commercial facilities.
Key responsibilities include:- Designing lighting and lighting control systems
- Designing low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
- Preparing engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Selecting and specifying electrical materials, equipment, and design methods
- Supporting the development of control systems for mechanical and refrigeration systems
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the design process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- 2-5 years of experience in electrical design and/or the A/E consulting industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineer Intern (EI) certification
- Experience with Revit
