Industrial Hvac Sales Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial HVAC Sales Engineer to join a growing organization in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial refrigeration or HVAC and excel in business development, fostering long-lasting client relationships.

This role focuses on driving revenue growth and managing relationships by engaging with plant leaders, identifying mechanical system needs, and creating project opportunities to fuel regional expansion. While detailed system design is not required, the ability to discuss equipment, project scope, and viability at a high level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new project opportunities in Southwest Ohio
• Expand relationships with existing industrial clients
• Engage with key decision-makers to uncover capital needs
• Prepare estimates and proposals for refrigeration and mechanical projects
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to advance projects
• Support territory growth strategy and market development

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial refrigeration or HVAC systems
• Knowledge of ammonia systems, CO2 understanding is a plus
• Background in contractor sales, solution selling, or mechanical project development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prepare quotes and pursue profitable projects
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial settings
• Technical education preferred; field experience equally valuable

Salary range: $110K–$120K with bonus potential, company vehicle, benefits, and 401(k) matching. Local candidates only, no sponsorship available.
