Required Experience

2+ years in Manufacturing Quality Engineering.

Experience performing:

• Process audits
• Supplier audits
• Product inspections
• Corrective Action verification (CAPA)
• Root Cause Analysis
• First Article and dimensional inspections

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of composite materials manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pultrusion processes (preferred).
• GD&T interpretation.
• Blueprint and engineering drawing review.
• Metrology and dimensional inspection.
• Statistical process control (SPC).
• Nonconformance management.

Equipment Knowledge Experience using:

• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Height gauges
• Tape measures
• Bore gauges (if applicable)
• Surface inspection tools
• Measurement recording and audit documentation systems

Audit Qualifications Preferred familiarity with:

• ISO 9001
• Internal Process Audits
• Supplier Quality Audits
• Corrective Action Verification
• Manufacturing Process Assessments

Soft Skills

• Strong report writing.
• Customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently at supplier facilities.
• Capable of identifying process risks and improvement opportunities.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
