Project Engineer, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design

We're hiring a Process Flow Engineer at Stream Innovation (Cincinnati, OH — hybrid).

If you like designing better material flow and then actually building it, read on.

You will help manufacturers improve how work flows: mapping current and future state, running time studies, balancing lines, modeling capacity, designing plant layouts, and designing carts, flow racks, and workstations in Fusion 360. Then you will be on the floor with client teams building and installing those solutions using Stream Kaizen Materials.

This is a hands‑on engineering role with real client ownership, not a desk‑only job.

• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or process improvement
• Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar)
• Time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis experience
• Lean fundamentals: value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, standard work
• Comfortable building mechanical assemblies with your own hands
• Simulation experience (Flex Sim, Arena) is a plus

• $70,000 to $110,000+ annually, based on experience and billable work
• Hybrid in Cincinnati, OH
• Travel primarily Monday through Thursday, domestic
