Comfort Systems USA Ohio is looking for an experienced Project Sales Engineer
Mechanical Construction to help grow our commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical construction business throughout Greater Cincinnati.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who understands mechanical systems
, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into awarded projects. You'll work directly with owners, contractors, engineers, and facility leaders to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, prepare proposals, and win new business.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
• Meet with owners, contractors, engineers, and facility leaders to understand project needs
• Evaluate facilities, operational challenges, budgets, and project requirements
• Develop HVAC and mechanical construction solutions that align with customer goals
• Prepare estimates, pricing, proposals, and presentations
• Lead opportunities from initial conversations through negotiation and contract award
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, estimating, and field teams to develop winning solutions
• Support successful project transitions while maintaining strong customer relationships

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, estimating, project development, project sales, or a related technical field
• Experience selling commercial or industrial HVAC and mechanical construction projects preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction practices, and construction estimating
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
