We're looking for an experienced environmental Project Manager who thrives on solving complex environmental challenges and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. If you're ready for greater ownership, more influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing consulting firm, we'd love to connect.

Who We Are

PSARA Technologies is an environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental assessments and remediation, water resources engineering, environmental compliance, and industrial hygiene.

We are engineers, geologists, and scientists who enjoy solving complex environmental challenges, simplifying our clients’ lives, and making the world a better place. When we aren’t working, you’ll find most of us doing one of a few things: going on hikes and backpacking trips, cheering on our favorite Cincinnati sports teams, volunteering in our communities, or visiting a local brewery!

Who You Are
  • B.S. degree in geology, hydrogeology, or related field
  • 8+ years of environmental consulting experience
  • Proven experience managing environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation projects
  • Strong project management and client communication skills
  • Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ready to take on greater responsibility and grow into a leadership role

It would be awesome if you also had the following:

  • Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long term relationships
  • Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
  • Support business development through existing client relationships and proposal efforts
  • Help drive continuous improvement across the organization
What’s In It for You
  • Opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibilities
  • Greater autonomy and direct client interaction
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter
  • Clear path toward senior leadership
  • Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits
  • Flexible work environment
