Engineering Manager

Overview KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager The Engineering Manager will provide hands-on leadership for the site's Manufacturing Engineering function, directly managing a team of approximately four Manufacturing Engineers. This individual will help lead manufacturing optimization, continuous improvement, New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering effectiveness, employee development, and on-time execution. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with practical manufacturing engineering knowledge and is comfortable working closely with operations and the shop floor.

Experience with in aerospace, power generation, precision machining, or another technically complex manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. This is a fully onsite leadership position requiring someone who can establish priorities, develop engineers, improve manufacturing processes, and help introduce new technologies and more efficient engineering practices.
