Boyd Gaming - - Salem Road - Responsibilities:
Greets Player's Club guests in a courteous and friendly manner and explains amenities and features;
Effectively explains loyalty program structure and how to qualify for different levels of complimentary services and/or goods;
Enroll guests into the Rewards Program while maintaining superb Guest Service;
Responsible for cashing electronic checks, Credit and Debit transactions, lottery tickets and claims, cash out vouchers, Casino Credit, cash exchanges and other cash transactions;
Balances cash drawer and ensures accuracy without variances
