Management & Leadership Positions

Lead teams, support daily operations, coach team members, and help create an exceptional guest experience across the facility. Management team members play a key role in building positive culture, driving operational excellence, ensuring safety standards, and helping teams succeed in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Front Desk & Guest Services

Welcome guests, answer questions, assist with admissions, memberships, and attractions, and help families get the most out of their visit. Team members in these roles also help guests purchase attraction passes, arcade cards, party packages, and other entertainment experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

Attraction Attendants

Help guests enjoy rides, attractions, arcade games, laser tag, go‑karts, bowling, and more while creating a safe, exciting, and memorable experience.

Food & Beverage Team Members

Prepare and serve food and drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in our cafés, bars, restaurants, and event spaces.

Technical Services Team Members

Maintain and repair arcade games, rides, attractions, and go‑karts to ensure everything operates safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

Party Hosts & Event Team Members

Bring celebrations to life by hosting birthday parties, group events, and special occasions while making every guest feel celebrated and welcomed.
