Corporate Partnership Game Day Staff
The Cincinnati Bengals are a franchise in the AFC North Division of the National Football League. The Bengals were founded in 1968 by Paul Brown, a legendary figure in the history of American football, and have made 3 Super Bowl appearances in their history.
Position OverviewThe Bengals Corporate Partnership Game Day Staff members assist with the fulfillment of corporate partner activations and hospitality at each home game for the duration of the NFL season. A member of the Game Day Staff must be organized, persistent, timely, flexible, reliable, and creative. They must possess excellent time management skills and leadership qualities that are used in the overall goal of promoting positive relationships with clients, guests, and fans.
Responsibilities- Gameday activation preparations
- Arrive 3-4 hours prior to kickoff (ex: 10am for a 1pm game) during the season to assist with game day preparations
- Shift generally ends following the conclusion of the second quarter (there may be 8-hour shift opportunities throughout the season for interested applicants)
- Set up and teardown of Pregame at the Banks partner activations
- Set up and teardown of VIP hospitality spaces
- Check in and host VIPs in their pre-game sideline or hospitality experience
- In-game activation execution
- Handling all guest complaints and addressing concerns in a timely and overtly friendly manner
- Zero deviation from designated game day location assignment
- Additional duties as assigned by Corporate Partnership staff
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly, with patience and good humor; outgoing personality
- Independent, with an ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to attend all Bengals home games (preseason and regular) and special events at Paycor Stadium, including post-season NFL games, high school & college games, and concerts – no exceptions. Failure to attend a game will result in immediate end to opportunity. Full schedule of required 2026 events listed below (report times subject to change).
- Saturday, Aug 13th – Detroit (preseason) – 4:00PM
- Saturday, Aug 22nd – Chicago (preseason) – 4:00PM
- Sunday, Sept 13th – Tampa Bay – 10:00AM
- Sunday, Oct 4th – Jacksonville – 10:00AM
- Sunday, Nov 1st – Tennessee – 10:00AM
- Sunday, Nov 15th – Pittsburgh – 5:30PM
- Sunday, Nov 29th – New Orleans – 10:00AM
- Sunday, Dec 13th – Kansas City – 1:30PM
- Thursday, Dec 31st – Baltimore – 5:00PM
- Dec TBD – Cleveland – TBD
- Weekend of Jan 16-18th – Wild Card Round – TBD
- Weekend of Jan 23-24th – AFC Divisional Round – TBD
- Jan 31st – AFC Championship Round – TBD
Other events will be available to work throughout the offseason (i.e.: Draft Party, Partner Events, Fan Club Events, etc.) Subject to change based on flexible scheduling.
