We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.

Tailgate Game Day Interns – Fall 2026- September 5 – Boston College

REVELXP is the exclusive tailgate partner for the University of Cincinnati football program and provides self‑service and full‑service tailgates for clients at multiple sites around Nippert Stadium. Game day interns are vital to the smooth operation of each game day, as members of the staff represent the REVELXP brand while providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to each tailgating guest.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
- Ensure professional presentation of all tailgates by arriving 6‑7 hours prior to kickoff and completing quality control checks according to logs and diagrams.
- Assist with bellhop responsibilities – welcome guests at drop‑off areas, unload and transport tailgating equipment, answer questions, and inform guests when the site closes.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service by checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met, picking up tailgate sites when guests step away, and transporting equipment back to vehicles.
- Manage the guest services area as tent supervisor, directing guests and providing assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can‑do attitude.
- Assist the Event Manager and General Manager with day‑of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, storing materials, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable throughout the event and reflect REVELXP standards.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors.
- MUST be available to work every home game (August to late November) for 10–12 hours per game.
- Ability to problem‑solve under pressure.
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
- MUST be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment.
- Ability to be on their feet for extended periods of time.

ExpectationsThe intern is expected to act in a courteous manner and dress presentably as he/she will be representing UC Athletics and REVELXP. The intern is also expected to work closely with his/her immediate manager and keep the manager informed of any issues relating to donor/employee safety and satisfaction. The intern should understand that he/she will be perceived by donors and staff as a management team member.
