Vibe Crew - Factory

Part-Time | $10/hr + Tips | Immediate Start

We're looking for high-energy, people-first personalities to join the Vibe Crew at Braxton Factory 52. This is a charisma role - you're the living, breathing extension of our brand as you move through The Porch (our outdoor green space and bar area), taking and delivering orders, striking up conversations, and making sure every guest feels like a VIP.

If you thrive in social settings, love craft beer, and can turn a stranger into a regular with a single interaction, this is the gig for you.

• Roam The Porch and outdoor green space to greet guests, take orders, and deliver drinks with personality
• Create a warm, memorable atmosphere — you set the tone for the guest experience
• Assist with marketing events, pop-ups, movie nights, live music, and special activations
• Upsell and recommend Braxton beers, cocktails, wine, and food from the Gatherall Food Hall partners
• Coordinate with the taproom and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming outdoor space throughout your shift
• Engage with guests on social media moments — encourage check-ins, photos, and tags when it feels natural

• A natural people person — outgoing, approachable, and genuinely warm
• Comfortable walking, moving, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and event nights
• 21 years of age or older (required for alcohol service)
• Previous hospitality, serving, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required — attitude is everything
• Passionate about craft beer, community, and creating good times

Braxton Factory 52 is our newest taproom located in the heart of Norwood's Factory 52 development. Featuring a spacious indoor taproom, a rooftop bar, and The Porch — our vibrant outdoor bar and community gathering space — we're built for good times. We host live music, movie nights, pop-ups, and community events in a family- and dog-friendly environment. Food is available via on-site delivery from 14 chef-driven restaurants at the Gatherall Food Hall.
