Position SummaryREVELXP is the exclusive tailgate partner for the University of Cincinnati football program and provides self‑service and full‑service tailgates for clients at multiple sites around Nippert Stadium. Game‑day interns are vital to the smooth operation of each game, representing the REVELXP brand while providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to each tailgating guest.

- October 24 vs. Texas Tech
- October 31 vs. Utah
- November 21 vs. Colorado
- Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game‑day experience.
- Ensure professional presentation of all tailgates by arriving 6–7 hours prior to kickoff, moving coolers, ice, and chairs, hanging up signage, and completing quality‑control checks according to logs and diagrams.
- Bellhop responsibilities – welcome guests at site drop‑off areas, help unload and transport tailgating equipment, answer questions, and inform guests when the tailgate site officially closes.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service by checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met and assisting with picking up tailgate sites when guests step away.
- Welcome Tent supervision – manage the guest services area, direct guests, and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism and a can‑do attitude.
- Assist the Event Manager and General Manager with day‑of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, storing materials correctly, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable throughout the event in a manner that represents REVELXP standards.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors.
- Must be available to work every home game (August to late November) (10–12 hours per game).
- Ability to problem‑solve under pressure.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

- Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 10–20 hours per week.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time.

ExpectationsThe intern is expected to act in a courteous manner, dress presentably, and represent UC Athletics and REVELXP. The intern should work closely with the immediate manager, keep the manager informed of any safety or satisfaction issues, and understand that they will be perceived by donors and staff as a member of the management team.
