As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events from inception through completion, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. • Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are managed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and process invoices to maintain financial control.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines and schedules to guarantee smooth operations on the event day.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful event execution.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
