Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Players Club Representatives are responsible for providing the highest level of guest service and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and all guidelines/rules issued by the OCCC are executed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Be responsible for executing the highest level of guest service at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati
Be on‑time and at your workstation at the start of your shift
Know and understand all gaming systems so you can communicate appropriate and correct information to guests
Speaking first, greeting the guest with a positive comment, and sharing their name with the guest
Representatives are expected to capture phone numbers and email address of guests
Telling guests about Unity benefits
Assist with promotions and events
Follow the handbook policies including uniform standards
Approach peers and leaders with a respectful tone
Know and understand all promotions so you can effectively communicate them to guests
Able to stand at the Players Club and be approachable, friendly, and outgoing to ensure guests have the best experience at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati
This position reports to the Players Club Supervisor Team
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma and/or guest service experience.
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
