Entry Level Events Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about event planning and eager to gain hands‑on experience in the events industry. As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event details are handled
• Help prepare event materials such as signage, brochures, and promotional items
• Support on-site event setup, management, and breakdown activities
• Maintain detailed records of event logistics, budgets, and timelines
• Assist with booking venues, catering, equipment, and transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events require
