Overview
The Controller partners closely with the Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and reporting for a rapidly growing, engineering-driven manufacturing organization delivering complex, mission-critical systems. Working cross-functionally with accounting, audit, technology and HR, the Controller plays a central role in aligning financial operations with business objectives and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy and reporting for the organization in collaboration with the Director of Finance.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across accounting, audit, technology and human resources to align financial operations with business objectives.
