- Support the monthly close process, maintain the general ledger, and prepare journal entries
- Perform variance analysis and cost analysis to support operational decision‑making
- Prepare consolidated reporting packages
- Assist with product cost development, budgeting, and forecasting
- Contribute to internal controls and SOX compliance efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of professional experience or strong internship experience
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP environment
