Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced advisor to lead the Cincinnati regional area covering 4 offices. This leadership role will give the opportunity to conduct client meetings and lead a team of financial retirement planners. The expectation is to establish yourself as a top‑tier sales performer in the first 12‑month period, after which you will assume management and leadership of your team.

This is a player‑coach role that is 75% client‑facing sales and 25% leadership management.

We are a full‑service RIA and insurance firm that built our company with the goal of not just changing the financial industry for the retirees we serve – but for the team of financial professionals we hire.

We Provide Salary
  • $200,000 – $225,000 salary, based on experience
  • Additional uncapped production and bonus compensation
  • Guaranteed $50,000 salary bump increase after first 12 months

We Require
  • Five (5)+ years of new client selling experience (not servicing)
  • State Life & Health Insurance licenses
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent
