Financial Analyst

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial planning and analysis efforts. This role partners with leadership and operational teams to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical insights that drive informed business decisions.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze actual results against budget and forecast
• Perform variance analysis and clearly communicate key drivers and trends to leadership
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
• Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business initiatives and operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally to gather data, validate assumptions, and improve reporting accuracy
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel-based models
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 1+ years of relevant finance, FP&A, or accounting experience
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling proficiency)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
