Credit Analyst

As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for offering credit services to our customers. This includes setting up, increasing and decreasing credit limits for new and existing customers. • Review and process credit applications for new customer accounts
• Collaborate with sales representatives to collect necessary documents to approve credit for new and existing customers
• Process and review credit limit increase requests on existing accounts using credit report information, payment trend analysis, obtaining and reviewing customer financials, marketplace information and debt and stock ratings
• Resolve customer complaints and verify select financial transactions
• Perform proactive risk reviews on a portfolio of customer accounts and collaborate with assigned teams to improve results
• Research potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus and other credit services

• Availability to work a set schedule of 10am-7pm
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure and work independently in an effective and positive manner
• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and follow‑up skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
