Chief Financial Officer

We’re partnering with a growing, mission‑driven, private equity‑backed organization to identify a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. This is a true C‑suite role
, reporting directly to the CEO, with broad influence across strategy, capital structure, operations, and growth initiatives. The CFO will play a critical role in scaling the business, strengthening financial infrastructure, and supporting long‑term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a core member of the executive team, providing financial leadership and strategic guidance
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long‑term organizational goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis
• Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and the Board
• Oversee accounting, finance, tax, payroll, and financial reporting functions
• Optimize capital structure, liquidity, and banking / financing relationships
• Support M&A activity, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior‑level roles
• Prior experience in a private equity‑backed and/or growth‑oriented environment strongly preferred
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience leading financial transformation, system improvements, or process modernization
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; strong Excel proficiency
• High integrity, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills
