One of IFP’s offices, Bosch Private Wealth, is hiring a Client Operations Associate to serve as a key operational partner within a growing wealth management practice.
Bosch Private Wealth is known for delivering personalized financial planning and fiduciary investment guidance through a highly relationship-driven approach. The firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in supporting both clients and advisors while helping the business operate at a high level every day.
This is not simply an account-opening or administrative role. The office is seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented professional who can think critically, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and help keep the entire client experience running smoothly behind the scenes. This individual will work directly with the firms COO.
The right person will become a trusted “go-to” resource for both clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities- Supporting client service and operational workflows across the practice
- Managing account paperwork, service requests, and follow-through
- Handling day-to-day operational responsibilities and problem solving
- Communicating directly with clients in a professional and confident manner
- Helping prioritize tasks and maintain organization in a dynamic environment
- Supporting the broader team with the many behind-the-scenes details that drive an exceptional client experience
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities
- Is proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented
- Understands the importance of follow-through and accountability
- Can balance interruptions while staying focused on larger priorities
- Has experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client-service environment
- Takes pride in being part of a team and contributing to something bigger than “just a job”

Base salary of $60,000-$75,000 plus bonus program. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, pension, and PTO plan.
Both salary ranges based on experience.
