Job Description
The Private Banker is responsible for providing banking services, primarily lending, to established custodial relationships. Provides advice, counsel, and high-level customer service to meet the financial needs of clients. Supports standards for managing a net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality, and credit policy requirements. Shares responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Wealth Banking Services.
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is required. The position requires a criminal background and credit check; failure to meet or maintain any NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of private wealth management experience in the financial services industry
- Strong relationship management and lending skills
- Thorough knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes
- Strong networking and business development skills
- Ability to partner with clients to identify and service unique customer needs
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule: in‑office expectation of three or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the office for the other days.

SalaryPay range: $98,175.00 – $. Location may affect the range. Additional benefits include incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension, subject to eligibility.
