A highly respected and growing Fractional Advisory Services firm is seeking an experienced financial leader to join its expanding Client Advisory Services team.

This is an opportunity to work directly with growth-oriented businesses, serving as a trusted financial advisor while providing strategic and operational financial leadership tailored to each client's needs. Depending on the client, engagements may range from Controller-level support to CFO-level advisory services.

As a Senior Manager within the Advisory Services team, you will serve as a financial partner to a portfolio of privately held businesses across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as a Fractional Controller and/or Fractional CFO based on client needs
• Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives
• Developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Improving financial processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy
• Providing financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decision-making
• Advising business owners and leadership teams on profitability, growth, and operational performance
• Supporting budgeting, planning, and financial management best practices
• Collaborating with internal tax, accounting, and advisory professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Assisting with networking, relationship development, and business development efforts that support the continued growth of the advisory practice

While the primary focus of the role is client service and advisory delivery, this individual will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of the practice and may ultimately assume increasing leadership responsibilities as the practice continues to expand.

• Variety of Engagements: Work with clients ranging from emerging businesses needing Controller-level guidance to growing organizations requiring CFO-level strategic support.

• Current or former Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, CFO, or outsourced accounting/advisory professional
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
• Experience working directly with business owners and executive teams
• Business development aptitude and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• CPA preferred but not required
