Required Education, Experience, Licensure(s)/Certification(s), Skills etc.:
* Licensed or Certified Appraiser in the State of Ohio
* Experience providing testimony to support opinion of value
* Review appraisal work
* Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills
* Positive can-do attitude
Summary of
Job Duties:
* Perform duties supporting valuation appraisal of residential property at a fair and accurate market value
* Data collection by conducting on-site measurements and inspections including new construction and review of blueprints
* Provide testimony for the Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
* Appraisal review for purposes of Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
* Perform field work in your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
* Application of appraisal terms, principles and techniques
* Possess the skills to interact with the public, tax agents and attorneys
