Relationship And Operations Associate
The role of the Relationship & Operations Associate is to provide ongoing service and support to clients. This role will also support one Advisor and become their "right hand" when it comes to the client relationship. It includes determining what actions need to be completed to set up new accounts or perform maintenance on existing client accounts accurately and timely. Excellent time management skills are required as the associate learns new competencies and becomes familiar with the Advisor's book of business.
EssentialJob Functions
- Service Advisors and clients with white glove support and communication.
- Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database.
- Processor of new accounts, cashiering and account maintenance requests.
- Professionally provides primary point of contact with custodians.
- Takes ownership of asset transfers to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
- Works closely with Advisors to ensure compliance of periodic client reviews.
- Prepare paperwork to maintain client accounts to the specifications requested by the Advisor.
- Complete accurate and timely movements of assets per the request of the Advisor or client.
- Follow guidelines to achieve goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Assist in setting and continually meeting project expectations with team members and management.
- Completes tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study preferred.
- 5 years of experience in the financial or banking industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (e.g., Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
- Starting annual base salary between $60,000 - $80,000.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions).
