Tax Manager

Position Summary

A well-established wealth management and financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team. The firm provides comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and proactive tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families. In addition to year-round tax planning, the firm prepares a variety of tax returns and is expanding its tax practice. This is a full-time position with a collaborative, client-focused organization.

• Review and sign complex individual income tax returns, trust returns, and gift tax returns with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support tax leadership in maintaining exceptional tax service quality and client satisfaction while helping expand the firm's tax capabilities.
• Collaborate with financial advisors throughout the year on tax projections, planning strategies, and technical tax research.
• Respond to inquiries and notices from federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
• Maintain a strong client-service orientation and commitment to delivering personalized solutions.
• Stay current on tax law developments and communicate relevant planning opportunities to clients and colleagues.
