• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support audits and compliance activities
• Manage fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Participate in debt reporting and lender compliance requirements
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes and strengthen controls
• Help build scalable accounting procedures to support future growth

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of the close process, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• A hands‑on mindset with the ability to operate in evolving environments
• Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
