POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Spring 2027
Wealth Management Intern to support our Financial Planning and Investment Management teams. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student interested in financial services, wealth management, investments, and client advisory work.
As a shared resource across both teams, the intern will assist with a variety of analytical, operational, and administrative tasks that contribute to delivering high‑quality service and advice to clients. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, professional, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in gathering and organizing client financial information for planning reviews and meetings
- Help prepare financial planning materials, reports, and presentation documents
- Support data entry and updates in financial planning software and CRM systems
- Conduct basic research related to retirement planning, education funding, cash flow, insurance, and other planning topics
- Review planning documents for completeness, accuracy, and formatting
- Assist with follow‑up items related to client meetings and internal planning discussions
- Assist with investment research, portfolio reporting, and performance tracking
- Help prepare investment review materials and client presentation decks
Support account administration tasks, including account paperwork tracking and documentation - Monitor and organize market commentary, fund information, and manager materials
- Assist with maintaining investment‑related data, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools
- Support the team with special projects related to portfolio analysis and investment operations
- Progress towards Bachelor’s Degree required
- Interest in pursuing the CFP® and/or CPA designation preferred, but not required
- 0-3 years of professional experience in a wealth management or financial services field and a strong background in tax is preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy and ability to follow direction
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience working with Bloomberg, Morningstar, eMoney and/or wealth management systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm and with clients
- Interest in professional and personal growth by involvement with professional and/or community organizations.
