RoleSummary
The Senior Client Relationship Representative (CRR Sr) serves as a critical partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) within Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), supporting the delivery of a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing complex servicing activities, coordinating across multiple internal partners, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client-related processes. The Senior CRR operates with a high degree of ownership and independence, acting as a central point of coordination for market demands, client servicing, KYC/compliance activities, and operational execution.
Job Description- Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
- Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
- Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
- Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
- Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
- May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent, and at least 4+ years of related business or functional experience.

Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent and related experience or product knowledge. Preferably 4+ years of related business or functional experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,500.00 – $62,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
