Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Purpose

This junior level position is responsible for assisting with collection efforts using the established strategies and processes. The role includes administrative tasks such as invoice delivery and problem/dispute resolution research for the Collections team, aiding in special projects and other tasks. Much of the collection efforts occur via email, with escalation to a more experienced Credit-Collection Analyst for complex situations. Knowledge of accounts receivable systems is required.

• Collect past due balances on accounts by working with customers and account managers
• Properly document all problems/disputes on monthly aging reports and within the company's billing systems

0 to 2 years in a related field

Four years of high school or equivalent

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
