Complete quality assurance tasks to ensure mortgage files move from the beginning stages of a refinance/purchase loan to the next steps in the fulfillment process;
Confirm and review all documentation needed at time of application to meet the 7-Day submission requirement;
Prepare/send out preliminary loan documentation and serve as liaison between MLO and customer until file is sent to fulfillment;
Accompany each customer through the welcoming stage of their loan with clear communications;
Maintain a pipeline of incoming and current loan files and manage time to complete tasks in a timely manner
