This position is aligned with system service lines to project financial investments in new and existing physician activities and requirements of hospital and ancillary based departments in current and future investments in physician total rewards, performance, capital requirements, timing, implementation and integration. This position is also responsible for effective and timely communication as it relates to the finance and physician compensation function(s) to both internal and external teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in management in a related field.
• CPA – Certified Public Accountant (Preferred).

This position administers and coordinates all Tri Health Physician Partners budgeting assumptions, provider and physician‑based facility performance, month‑end and year‑end financial reporting, financial analysis modeling, financial planning and business planning assumptions and reporting, and all daily functions as it relates to finance procedures and operations. This includes monitoring, reporting, and improving all revenue, expenses, and productivity through internal and external benchmark metrics in monthly operating reviews.

This position also administers, coordinates, and recommends provider compensation development, implementation, communication, compliance, and oversight related to provider contracting, internal controls and safeguarding Tri Health assets while preventing liabilities.

Under the administrative direction of the System CFO and in collaboration with the President of Tri Health Physician Practices, and with daily team collaboration and communication with TPP physicians and advanced practice practitioners (providers) and administrative teams, this position works closely with System Legal, System Finance and System Operations to align and deliver the mission and vision of Tri Health. This position also collaborates closely with System Human Resources, System Revenue Cycle, System Supply Chain, System Information Technology, and all system‑wide departments and resources to integrate, improve, refine and deliver world‑class providers and provider performance.
