Position Overview

In this role at PNC, you will be responsible for consulting on investment and insurance strategies, developing financial plans for clients, and managing an investment and insurance book of business while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients.
• Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business; acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking.
• Own the client experience, handle sales and service, identify and execute opportunities, and make referrals to internal business partners as appropriate.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems efficiently and effectively.
• Present sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients, establishing individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives.
• Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as needed; coach and educate internal partners to identify investment opportunities.
• Drive investment education and visibility among internal partners; show urgency in activities and lead by example.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to build strong referral relationships, review business results, and manage pipeline.
• Meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) required. Life and Health Insurance licensing required.

Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree and 3+ years of direct industry experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Base salary range: $75,000.00 – $, varying by geographic location, market data, and individual qualifications. Incentive compensation available based on performance.
