Job Description

We are hiring a Custody Operations Closing Analyst that provides operational support to Investment Advisor Services (IAS) relationship management staff. Duties may include managing closing requests, as well as various other related administrative support functions. These duties may include cash disbursements, delivery of assets, account valuations, documentation review and maintaining account coding. A Closing Analyst ensures that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.

A Closing Analyst ensures that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported. A Closing Analyst adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications

Three years or more of related experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services for assigned area(s).
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑relation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles that directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.

Location Expectations

Pay Range

$66,640.00 - $78,400.00
