We are looking for a full-time Manager, Retirement & Pension Plan who oversees retirement plan administration, vendor partnerships, compliance activities, and employee support. This role serves as a key liaison between Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate plan execution and a positive employee experience.

Remote U.S.*
* ** TRAVEL: 25%*
* ** What You'll Do:*
* + Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs.
+ Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations.
+ Support compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation.
+ Review retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction data.
+ Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits.
+ Drive process improvements and program enhancements.

* What You Bring:

* + Bachelor's degree required.
+ 4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience.
+ Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management.
+ Professional certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred.
