Job Description

Performs bond processing activities for corporate trust customers. Uses established procedures to ensure the accurate and timely processing of bonds. Provides internal and external customer service. Reviews account transactions to assess appropriateness. Researches problems or issues that arise and performs corrective processing to resolve issues. Tracks and gathers information for statistical reporting. Suggests processing improvements. Ensures legal requirements for special transactions are satisfied.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of experience in transaction processing
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Demonstrated clerical, key entry, and customer service/relation skills
  • Well-developed ability to identify and resolve problems
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintenance activities across multiple Corporate Trust product lines and servicing platforms.
  • Complete account setup, maintenance, and lifecycle events within CTAO, ACS, SEI, STA, VIPR, SWP, and related Corporate Trust systems.
  • Review legal and deal documentation to ensure account setup requirements are accurately established and maintained.
  • Perform quality reviews and validation of account, party, billing, tax, payment, and servicing data.
  • Research and resolve account onboarding exceptions, maintenance requests, and system-related discrepancies.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Trust Review, Operations, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to facilitate timely account onboarding and servicing activities.
  • Manage multiple work queues while meeting established service level agreements and production standards.
  • Support account lifecycle events including onboarding, amendments, party changes, account maintenance, transfers, and account closures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation supporting audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements.
  • Assist with implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and procedural enhancements.
  • Participate in testing, training, and rollout activities for system enhancements and operational changes.
  • Analyze workflow trends, aging inventory, and operational metrics to support workload prioritization and capacity management.
  • Identify operational risks and elevate issues appropriately to ensure compliance with established controls.
  • Provide guidance and support to peers regarding account setup procedures, maintenance requirements, and platform functionality.
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Knowledge of Corporate Trust products and account onboarding processes.
  • Experience interpreting legal agreements and trust-related documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with workflow management, onboarding, and servicing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, risk mitigation, and client service.

Location expectations:

This role requires working from a U.S Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
