Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Finance will serve as the company's senior financial leader, overseeing all accounting, finance, treasury & IT (outsourced) activities while acting as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team.

We're looking for a finance executive who can move the organization beyond historical financial reporting by developing meaningful analytics, improving visibility into the business, and helping leadership make smarter, data-driven decisions.

The company has a solid accounting foundation in place. The next step is building a finance function that provides real operational insight through financial analysis, business intelligence, KPI reporting and strategic decision support.

  • Evaluating pricing strategies and financial performance by customer, product and channel.
  • Creating reporting that provides leadership with actionable operational insights—not simply financial statements.
  • Leveraging Power BI and other business intelligence tools to automate reporting and improve visibility across the organization.
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through thoughtful financial analysis.
Operational Partnership

The Vice President of Finance will become a trusted advisor to the leadership team by:
