Accounting Manager

At Midwest Filtration, we’re not looking for someone who simply closes the books—we’re looking for an Accounting Manager who helps drive operational and financial performance. This is a hands‑on role within our manufacturing operation where you’ll partner directly with the finance and operations teams to oversee day‑to‑day accounting processes, provide financial reporting, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

The Material Handler is responsible for receipt of incoming freight both manually and in the MRP System. This employee will be transferring materials from stock to production by performing the following duties. The Materials Handler will transport material to production lines as needed, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth workflow.

At Midwest Filtration, we’re not looking for a back‑office accountant—we’re looking for a Controller who drives the business forward. This is a high‑impact role inside our manufacturing operation where you’ll partner directly with the Head of Finance and oversee internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and financial close activities. The Controller will also collaborate with other departments to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve overall financial performance.
