As a Premier Client Banker within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH, in an in‑office environment that supports a supportive culture and work‑life balance.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for the purpose of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients.
- Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments.
- Leverage needs‑based and consultative conversational skills, experience, and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to position solutions that grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
- Develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth.
- Manage risk and maximize profitability for the entire portfolio of clients.
- Deliver a differentiated client experience in all elements of the relationship, from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
- Maintain proactive, timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business.
- Ensure execution of team processes, such as pre‑call planning, post‑call debriefs, and relationship reviews.
- Serve as the quarterback for all ecosystem partners, bringing in experts based on needs identified and ensuring an exceptional experience in every interaction.
- Deliver Financial Wellness by proactively suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and tactics, proactively identifying and successfully converting sales opportunities and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Achieve business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a Center of Influence (COI).
- Own the client relationship and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
- Own client penetration goals with ecosystem partners.
- Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership with a PNC Financial Advisor.
- Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
- Differentiated client experience through advanced relationship building and conversation skills.
- Maintain advanced and progressive knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings.

- Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree, with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base salary: $63,750.00 – $. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
