Come join us: Vernovis is looking for a Financial Analyst who will partner closely with senior operational leadership to support financial modeling, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for a rapidly growing area of the business. The role will analyze costs, margins, and financial performance, build and maintain pricing models, and provide insights that help leadership make informed business decisions. This person will also support multi-year planning and financial reporting while identifying opportunities to improve and automate reporting through tools such as Power BI.

• Build and maintain financial models, pricing analyses, budgets, and forecasts to support a rapidly growing area of the business.
• Partner closely with senior operational leadership to provide financial analysis that supports pricing decisions, strategic planning, and continued growth.
• Develop and maintain pricing and cost models, evaluating operating costs, margin expectations, and the financial impact of new business opportunities.
• Support long-term financial planning, including revenue projections, expense assumptions, EBITDA analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Analyze financial performance across multiple regions and improve reporting, visibility, and automation, including opportunities to leverage Power BI.

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience supporting pricing, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Solid Excel skills, including SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, formulas, and the ability to work effectively with financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, particularly when evaluating costs, assumptions, pricing, and financial performance.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership and translate analysis into meaningful business insights.
• A hardworking, adaptable, and eager-to-learn approach with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growing environment;
  Power BI experience is a plus.
