Chief Financial Officer

A well-established, growth-oriented organization with ~$100M in annual revenue is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a highly visible role that will help shape the company's next phase of growth through financial leadership, operational improvement, technology investment, and acquisition strategy.

• Serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership.
• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and FP&A functions.
• Oversee financial statement ownership, budgeting processes, cash management, and forecasting.
• Develop and mentor a finance and accounting team.
• Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, margin improvement, and scalability.
• Lead financial integration of acquisitions and support future M&A initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, reporting tools, and automation opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting growth initiatives, process improvement, and organizational scaling.
• Exposure to acquisitions, due diligence, and integration activities is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across all levels of an organization.
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials are a plus.
