Universal Banker

Warsaw Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Universal Banker 2 to deliver personalized service to retail and small business customers. In this role, you will open and maintain deposit accounts, process transactions, and resolve day to day service needs. You will educate customers on products such as checking, savings, consumer loans, and online banking, while actively identifying cross sell opportunities.

The Universal Banker 2 also supports branch sales goals, adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, and contributes to a welcoming, community focused branch environment in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform services including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance
• Open and service personal and small business checking, savings, CDs, and other deposit accounts
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services to match their financial needs
• Identify and refer opportunities for consumer loans, mortgages, and other banking solutions
• Support branch sales goals through proactive customer outreach and relationship building
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and security procedures
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a focus on long term relationships
• Process wire transfers, cashier's checks, and other specialized branch transactions
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
• Participate in community focused activities that promote the bank and support local customers
