- Lead the tax compliance function across a sophisticated, multi-entity structure and investment entities
- Supervise the preparation and review of individual, trust, partnership, and entity income tax returns
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and information flow with third-party CPA firms and external advisors
- Prepare and maintain recurring income tax projections and estimated payment calculations
- Advise on income tax planning strategies tied to investment activity and significant liquidity events
- Analyze the tax implications of new investments, restructurings, and complex transactions
- Serve as a client-facing resource, educating stakeholders on tax outcomes in clear, practical terms
- Track and interpret pass-through reporting from a broad mix of public and private investment holdings
- Maintain organized tax records, work papers, and a disciplined filing and compliance calendar
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their impact on planning and compliance
- Continuously improve tax workflows, documentation, and reporting tools by leveraging technology
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA designation or active progress toward licensure preferred
- 3+ years of tax experience required
- Background with a national or top-tier public accounting firm required
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills across competing priorities
