The Person al Banker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for serving consumer banking clients by opening new accounts, handling deposits, and providing tailored personal banking solutions. Day-to-day activities include engaging with customers in the branch, identifying financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and assisting with routine transactions. The Person al Banker also educates customers on digital banking tools, supports problem resolution, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with branch colleagues to meet customer service standards and branch performance goals is an essential aspect of this position.

I am currently looking for a highly motivated advisor at the Kenwood location of 5/3 Bank at 7708 Montgomery Road by Kenwood Mall.

• Demonstrated skills in Personal Banking and Opening New Accounts, with the ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Experience handling Deposits and routine branch transactions accurately and securely.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance and retail banking practices to support customer financial needs.
• Strong Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
• Ability to work in an on-site branch environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance goals.
• Basic proficiency with banking systems, point-of-sale tools, and standard office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or sales is beneficial.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, risk awareness, and adherence to regulatory and security standards.
