TheImpact You'll Make
- Review trust agreements, amendments, restatements, last will and testaments, codicils and other estate planning documents for legal accuracy, trustee powers and administrative provisions, fiduciary responsibilities, risk exposure, tax-sensitivity guidelines, directed trust language, distribution responsibilities, and other pertinent corporate trustee acceptance standards
- Partner with Baird Financial Advisors, Market Directors, and other PWM associates to answer questions and provide thought leadership for the PWM client base
- Make presentations on a variety of estate, tax, and trust planning topics for internal associates, and professional continuing education seminars
- Assist Trust Counsel and Baird Trust associates with trust and estate matters as needed
Participate in Trust Company projects and/or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes
- Juris Doctorate (JD), CFP, CTFA are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5+ year experience in the trust industry preferred
