Fraud and Theft Analyst

About the Role:

The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/fraud & theft prevention. As a member you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management, and excellent customer service. • Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits
• Manage carrier’s loading status through risk assessments
• Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers, or external parties
• Document review findings in TQL’s proprietary tracking system
• Communicate internally and externally on investigations
• Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities
• Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention, and cargo risk management

• At least 2 years of related professional experience
• At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
