Seeking a detail-oriented Payment Analyst / Payment Investigations Analyst with hands‑on experience in SWIFT payments, payment investigations, reconciliations, and correspondent banking operations. The role will handle payment exceptions, investigations, Nostro reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external banking partners.

• Investigate SWIFT payment inquiries involving MT103, MT202, MT110, MT199, MT299 and related messages.
• Perform end-to-end payment investigations and identify root causes.
• Communicate with correspondent/external banks through SWIFT and client systems.
• Follow up on payment confirmations, recalls, beneficiary information, and transaction resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Treasury, Settlements, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.
• Perform Nostro account reconciliations and clear outstanding debit/credit entries.
• Monitor payment queues and investigation cases against SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS/KPI reports and maintain accurate investigation documentation.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
